Amazing Grace Christian Preschool is a preschool for ages 2,3,4 and 5. We will strive to help your child expand his/her self-confidence, feeling of self-worth and love for Christ and others. Our major goals are to provide a learning environment where a child can learn at his/her level how to:
- Get along with others.
- Develop self control and self-discipline.
- Develop small and large motor skills to prepare him/her for kindergarten.
- Grow in independence.
- Gradually improve the use of language, both listening and speaking.
- Have opportunities to see, hear, and touch things that God has made.
- Develop a positive feeling about his/her relationship to the world.
- Be able to give, share, and receive affection.
- Begin to understand that "Jesus loves me" and that he/she is loved and accepted unconditionally within a Christian environment.

These goals provide a balance of structured and self-initiated activities which through learning centers, help the child grow socially, spiritually, emotionally, intellectually and physically.

A Note from Our Pastor
What will you find at "Amazing Grace" Christian Preschool and Grace Lutheran Church? I know you will find an environment where your child is loved and safe. You will find Amy Onkka, our director, who has an incredible love for children and passion to see children enjoy the blessings God has given us. You will find teachers and a church that has many children and loves seeing them have fun as they grow in their love for God. You will find a family that will love your child, will respect you as a parent, and will offer to you and your child a place to grow in the love, joy, and peace our Savior, Jesus gives us!
